ABOUT ME

Welcome!

I’m Patria Alexander, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner student and a visual creator!

I’ve always believed that creativity and mental health are deeply connected. As a PMHNP student, I focus on empowering my clients to achieve mental wellness through photography (for now).

My mission is to empower individuals through mental health care, therapeutic photography, and immersive content creation that fosters self-expression, healing, and transformation.

My unique approach isn’t just about healing symptoms… it’s about reconnecting the mind, body, and creative spirit—using intentional photography as the portal to insight, integration, and transformation.
