Cliffside

This is the cliffside within.

"What do you see when you’re alone with the wind?
When the world falls silent, and all that’s left... is you?
Existential therapy isn’t about fixing.
It’s about facing.
The unknown. The ache. The edge.
And choosing to keep your eyes open.
You are not broken. You are becoming.
This is the cliffside within."

Sometimes, what looks like anxiety… isn’t just anxiety.
It’s the quiet ache of not knowing who you are, or what your life is meant to mean.

🔤 F – Freedom

The truth: You were born free.
The burden: You are the author of your life.

As parents, partners, or simply humans, we often feel stuck. A job, a relationship, even a role we once chose with joy—can begin to feel like a trap. We say, “I don’t know who I am anymore.”
But beloved, you are not stuck—you are sacredly free.
You have always been.
This freedom calls for responsibility. Not the kind that weighs you down, but the kind that reminds you that you are powerful. That your choices are sacred acts of co-creation.

In this space, explore:

  • Where am I choosing by habit or fear?

  • Where can I honor my freedom with conscious action?

  • What would it feel like to choose joyfully?

🔤 I – Isolation

The truth: No one can walk your path for you.
The burden: Sometimes, that truth feels like loneliness.

Even with loving families and supportive friends, we can feel unseen. “No one gets me,” we whisper. But maybe the ache is not for company—but for authenticity.
Connection without authenticity is like eating without nourishment.

In this space, invite:

  • A deeper connection to your Self first

  • A willingness to be seen—truly seen

  • The grace to create intimacy through truth, not pretense

Your path is your own, but you are never truly alone when you walk it consciously.

🔤 N – No Meaning (Meaninglessness)

The truth: Life doesn’t come with a script.
The burden: It’s up to you to write one.

It’s easy to look around and ask, “What’s the point?” Especially when life feels like it’s just moving without us. But what if the meaning is not something we find—but something we create? What if purpose is not buried treasure, but a garden we tend?

Ask yourself:

  • What makes my spirit come alive?

  • Who do I want to be when no one is watching?

  • What will I sow into the soil of this life?

Meaning is personal. Sacred. And always within reach.

🔤 D – Death

The truth: Life is finite.
The burden: That truth can shake us.

The ticking clock. The aging parents. The child growing too fast. The friend who didn’t wake up. These moments remind us that time is not guaranteed. That tomorrow is a gift, not a given.

But this awareness is not meant to paralyze us—it’s meant to wake us up.
To live. Really live.
To say, “I love you” more often.
To walk barefoot.
To cry at sunsets.
To make art and mistakes and peace.

Reflect on:

  • Am I living as though I know I will die?

  • What parts of me are still asleep?

  • How can I honor this breath, this body, this now?

Facing death is not morbid—it is one of the most life-giving things we can do.

You are free. You are walking a sacred path. You are the meaning-maker. You are alive, today.
So, FIND yourself here. And live it all, consciously.

Stay conscious.
With love,
Patria 🌺
